I'd be astonished if there wasn't a GM who significantly over-valued Risto, and all it really takes for a Risto trade is the right match and timing.

This overvalues a first round pick.

There is nothing close to a guarantee, much less even a presumption, that a first round pick will turn into a top 6F or top 4D, and even if the pick does get there, it's not likely to happen for 3 or 4 years, so the "at least 8 years" business is LOONY.
