Idk, our management knew he’d be a longer project the day we drafted him and he’s been a hard worker through it all. The injury was just a setback, he really couldn’t catch a damn break last year unfortunately. I think he brings an element we could really use. Kid is hungry. Hoping it works out for him as a Flyer!

Morin's not exactly a lock to crack the top-7 on the depth chart next fall, barring trades and signings, tho.

He's missed what, 18-months of dev time? That's a lot of ground to make up in a hurry. And still don't know if the hip/knee will impact his mobility, or not.

I think the point really is that there is organizational room to add a defenseman or two to the lineup. Creating one spot is as simple as moving on from Folin.
