It seems like every other teams d get the puck make a 10 foot pass and skate it out no problem and the leafs D get the puck and just fire rist shots at the redline hoping they get lucky a leaf is there without 3 guys around him.

Nylander has not been bad. He's been on the right side of the puck and contributed defensively as well, which is better than he's done most of his games so far. His skating looks good. His aim is off. He's pressuring. He'll get there.

Outside of poopty special teams, that was a completely different effort than Monday. Good road period.

Imagine if Willie was still good!
