Bailey is a fast winger who relies on his speed to create chances but couldn't finish. He's a good kid but never stuck with the Sabres. I would say he has NHL speed and ECHL finish. Flyers could give him a look down the road but you'll be frustrated that he doesn't score more.

There's some much needed size and speed to add to the lineup. Obviously a small addition but I'll take him over Weise/Lehtera
