Just eyeball each teams lineup, forget about the top 3 forwards from each team. Now is Boston really that much more smarter in hockey IQ or skill or awareness than the Flyers?

This year yes. Other teams make the same kind of mistakes otherwise there would be less goals scored. Giroux blew a coverage in the first period yet made a couple of really good defensive plays in the 2nd. The Flyers turned a bunch of puck over in the neutral zone in the first and gave up a bunch of grade A chances. In the 2nd period, they created some turnovers and scored in transition. We've see time and time again that the Flyers are capable. It's simply about commitment to playing the right way. About not cheating away from the puck and not forcing plays and taking care of the puck.

My comment simply illustrates the absurd focus you have on one player while ignoring many other factors that lead to results. Good and bad. As well as not having any open mindedness whatsoever and looking at all factors that might lead to decisions being made about the roster. If you don't agree with it then there is no middle ground.
