I think Maatta is a lot more talented than Pettersson, but I think Sullivan will put Pettersson with Schultz since he likes to spread talent across the bottom two pairings, which sucks because I feel like Maatta keeps getting shafted with garbage partners. So we'll get to see how good Pettersson actually is in an elevated role soon enough.

Pettersson shoots ninety percent of the time he touches the puck in the offensive zone (maybe a bit of an exaggeration). I am not sure how that will compliment Schultz. Schultz is much more of a play maker but he does have a dangerous shot.

For all the hemming and hawing us Pens fans do about management, when you look at the Hawks we should feel a lot better. The Hawks royally (frank)ed a team up who by all standard should still be a contender. Those awful contracts have killed them.

If I were them I'd attempt to move Toews and Kane, and just rebuild, but they definitely couldn't move Toews without eating a good chunk of that atrocious salary.

Yeah. When I heard the song playing during the credits I started trying to find that song by Wings and eventually found that they recorded for the joke in the movie. If you listen to that song they did such an amazing job of making it sound like it was done by Wings.
