What really matters here is the Flames are #2 in the NHL. We all knew they would be better...but this? Haven't seen a "Hurriflames" comment in a while or any Peters smack.
Does anyone else think Rittich is the real deal? He seems a lot more calm compared to last year. I think they should keep Smitty as the back up for 1 more year to help Rittich with his puck handling.

I agree keep smith as a backup!! We can all say what we want about smith ,but he is a veteran, and we can’t deny the guy works his a$$ off and wants to do his best to help the team win!!
