He's behind a lot of other guys. Grant Dea etc. He had an pretty bad start to the year. Might be useful in a package if he can keep adding to his totals. |

At what? Certainly not goaltending.
MAF was one of the most athletic goalies ever, but his fundamentals and positioning were average at best. He was able to make up for a lot of this with said athleticism. He was also good enough to be a key part of 2 Stanley Cup runs.
But he was not better than Lundquist. - jmatchett383
Better poke check, better glove, athletic, and can steal a game more often than Henry... Henry is more consistent, technical, and a better passer... There isn't much of a difference between them. Both HOFers. |

He is 24 and a decent AHL player. Literally no value. |

I would also say that Lundqvist has had a more structured defensive game in front of him through most of his career
Fleury got his undeserved reputation of being "Not Good" when the Penguins played firewagon hockey and iced 2 lines that would be outplayed in the AHL

Ummm... hmmm... nope ^^^^
Let me say this... Flower might be the best shootout/penalty shot goalie in NHL history.
Anyone want to have fun with that topic? |

Just read that Brass and Kessel are at 34% possession 5v5 last 4 games. Being outchanced 32-10. When will this long national nightmare end? |

I love watching the Pens light up the Queen. Not sure how he got his royal nickname but easily the most overrated player in the game. This is what happens when you play in New York and you are moderately successful on a mediocre franchise. |

I think Fleury is proving on Bettman’s Vegas team that he’s better that Henrik Lundqueen |

The best I ever saw was Roy. Brodeur was great too, but geez he benefited greatly from the ugliest defensive hockey the world has ever seen. Still great however. I think Hank is pretty far behind those two, but still really good.
I'd go Roy, Hasek, Brodeur in the first tier for modern goalies. Lundqvist would be a second tier goalie for me..... |

The record for when all 3 big C's are in the lineup at same time speaks for itself. Sure, he might not be producing as much as people would like, but he's getting alot less mins and no 1st PP time. At 3 mill I just don't see the Pens getting anyone better and I just don't see him being near as terrible as people are making him out to be. |

I mean when you filter out the dudes that faced less than 50 shootout shots, he's pretty high up there. Higher if you filter out dudes that faced less than 100. Flower's shootout performance is something I'll never knock him over. |
