Kadri is 5x the player Bogo is. And I hate Kadri.

Kadri will be burried on their team. Sabres can toss in some picks, its not that far fetched. Tor would rather sign Kapanen over Kadri. Something has to give. Plus Tor hated Kadri at times. Leafs have a desperate need for D help and if Bogo stays healthy, he is a solid player.
The drop off for the Sabres to the next Dman is not nearly has far as a 2 C.
Good luck keeping Marner with the Nylander contract. Tor has to make room. Bogo can be shipped very easily at anytime.

Bogosian right now is comeback player of the year easily in my opinion.

Both sides of his game have been quite solid this year.
Defensively speaking, he has been our best defenseman in my opinion.

Don't forget, he is the guy that protects every other player on this team on the ice as well.

Bogosian has been a breath of fresh air this year for sure.
His value is undervalued.

Just because the season has gone better than people expected to begin with, doesn't mean that Botterill needs to panic now that they've struggled for a bit to try and speed things back up.

The goal this year was to push for a playoff spot. They're still firmly in that area. I find it hard to believe that the secondary scoring won't ever heat up at times during the rest of the year.

That's basically the difference between the winning streak and now. They were getting secondary scoring in addition to the 1st line being hot.

Missing Eichel for any length of time will be a tough pill to swallow though. They may not be able to overcome that at all. Because that first line goes as Eichel goes.

My opinion on Kadri, he's a much less talented version of Marchand. I can't stand the antics and all that. But Marchand has talent that makes you deal with it if he's on your team. The same cannot be said for Kadri.

He's been good, good as this rosters enforcer too.
I respect his game this year.

So Casey has 16 points in 46 career NHL games. Not pretty to say the least. If he isn’t a 45 point player next year I’d be worried. Until then though I’m not gonna worry about a kid that would be owning the WJC tournament right now if he stayed in College. Botts rushed the development, but at the end of the day he’s still learning and developing nonetheless.
