It’s depressing to see what our line ups could be as opposed to what they are now....like why wouldn’t Chia be looking into a player like Nyquist and we all know the Leafs potential cap issues so why not dangle Nurse to Dubas and see what can happen.....all we can do is hope they pull the trigger on Chia sooner rather then later before he does something really dumb like trade Nuge and a 1st for a 5th pairing defenceman

No that’s not quite Chia.....he would do the trade then when you guys bought out his contract he would resign him to another big deal

It’s weird. He’s one of the more active GMs and yet he never trades for what’s needed outside of Lord Larsson, which was super lopsided anyway.

I really really like the idea of Nike for Yams, Lucic and 1st. We really should be GMs.

I’m not even an Oil fan but I’m rooting for Chia to get canned because he’s just an embarrassment of a GM and has destroyed what good came of your last rebuild. Now you guys have to watch as Mcdavids prime years are possibly wasted because of a guy who doesn’t know his donkey from a hole in the ground.

Let me guess, Caggiula stays in the top-6 and Draisaitl got moved back to C, probably with Lucic? I heard Jones is with Larsson now which is hard to determine whether it's a demotion for Nurse and a promotion for Jones or a demotion for Larsson and a promotion of Russell. Either way, I like that move. Makes sense to try to get Larsson and Nurse away from one another as it's clear they're not "going" like they were last year.
