Mcdoucebag is good but he’s a one man army. Not Sid or Geno or JT. If Mcdonald ever wins a cup it will either be all by himself or as a complimentary piece late in his career. Too fast and spastic without the brains and hockey iq to elevate others. He’s good though for that type of player.

It's awful. Incredibly awful. 98% of sports entities would make the change but the Steelers don't operate that way. Tomlin is largely a myth. I don't think he's the worst coach, but you can win a lot of regular season games in the NFL with a good QB. That's what the Steelers do.... They win within their division and get punked in the playoffs. The playoffs is where small things add up.
