Kruger will replace Nilsson as the only lineup change.

Rather not see Kruger. PK has looked better without him and less dumb penalties.

Jets-
I could see Maurice fired in January & Q hired - losing to the Wild at home 2-0 - they look lost many nights despite an amazing lineup

The @MapleLeafs have acquired goaltender Michael Hutchinson from the Florida Panthers in exchange for Toronto’s fifth-round pick in the 2020 NHL Draft.

That makes me think the HAWKS could get a 3rd for Ward at the trade deadline if they are so inclined..

Maybe but I don't think their is that much interest in Q or that much interest from Q .Think it will be offseason for Q ,if he really wants it , I for one don't think he really wants it anymore .

Kurashev with another power play goal. Watching on DVR so I’m probably about an hour behind.

I’ve been impressed with Phillip Kurashev (SUI) looks like Stan might have found a sleeper pick.

4 of the 5 Swiss goals in the tournament so far. 2 against CAN. He’s a sniper.

I'll be the one ... I don't think switched to the off-wing is that big of an adjustment. Switching from either wing to centre is. bit a winger's responsibility is basically the same it isn't like baseball and switch-hitting.

I originally was in your Camp but a team like the jets - if offered will not be easy to turn down

Other than the Danault trade, this drives me crazier than anything.

Just don't understand. You saw it time and time again with Q, play a guy on his off wing that he hasn't played his whole career, then kill him and bench him because he doesn't perform.

Perlini, is young, big, fast the kind of player this board has been begging for, for a decade now.

Put him in his natural position, down on the 3rd line, let him grow. Give him PK time, working with and being trained Toews and Kruger. This and next couple seasons is about building for the future. Let guy play where he can be successful. If he isn't ready, then get him top minutes in Rockford.

Damn, it just doesn't seem that difficult. Hawks had what seemed like a good program for developing players. Then, had gotten what seemed to be a good coach for the role in Rockford.

They are drafting better, need the development program fixed and in a hurry. There are a lot of players coming up in the next few years who seem to have talent, need to bring them along the right way.

He's not waiver exempt anymore, unfortunately. And they have to make a decision on a new contract this summer, also.

The 19 year olds at this tournament tend to excel, plus they're playing Denmark. Still don't think the kid will amount to much at the pro level.

At this point he would not command big dollars, so I would definitely sign him and get him fully acclimated. Let older players walk, not younger ones.

He's started to play better as of late, but you're right that he won't command big bucks. I'd suspect he'll get a 2 year deal around the $1 million mark.

Agreed. There are 6 contracts totaling $9.3 mill with UFA status ending this summer, none of which I would expect to see renewed.

I see him as a late bloomer and see him as an impact player. BTW I really hope I’m right and you’re wrong!

No can help Edmonton team is poorly constructed. Mcdavid his game is all about speed up and down the ice and needs a finisher on his wing. Wasting his talent IMO

I don't know if this team will ever get fixed in my lifetime. Would take one helluva GM to get it right.

Kurashev the hat trick and Jokiharju with a goal in the first for FIN.

Another good start for the Blackhawks prospects.

Did the Hawks get Entwhistle in the Hjalmarsson trade?
