For a long time there SJ hadn't won in Buffalo in like 10 years either.... it changes.

STL is not a good team. Both teams are rested. It'll be a telling game of effort.

It's pretty amazing how Laaksonen is turning out (so far) based on what the reaction was like at the draft when they picked him.

He seems like the kind of high risk high reward player some have been talking about when they mentioned swinging for the fences in the later rounds.

I think they're liking the amount of O-zone time that Larsson and Girgs generate and hoping that maybe adding Thompson can add a little more actual offensive firepower to it? Maybe hoping to get some more scoring from that line since they do manage to flip the ice a lot.
