Look at the pk numbers with polak on the ice and off the ice last couple years with the leafs. Pk litterally worse when he's on the ice. More goals/60, more shots against/60.

But somehow he's the pker we need, can't live without him. He improves the pk

If Berglund would sign for 1mil...would that be worth it? He's better than the Goat, would put Lindholm on the wing and bring a natural centre that can PK.

Obviously not sure about all of the background, but he's still a useful player in the right context.

Berglund is no star, but he's always been an effective hockey player. Not that old too...

If it was Berglund than maybe he's all butthurt about being on their 4th line. Unless he has been on their 3rd line I'll be honest and haven't watched many of their games. So I could be wrong on that.

I really doubt Dubas trades for a depth D. They have enough of those. The issues is, there are guys playing big minutes who should be depth Ds. You mean a top 4 guy to bump people like Hainsey down.

Thats fine, but you need a stay at home D, and a power forward. They are both cheap, and young. I could see Johnsson and the leafs parting ways, as he really isn't getting the TOI he would likely be getting on another squad. Plus he is due for a raise on what is becoming a cash strapped team.
