wish some of our second and 3rd liners could get some 2 point games
- homiedclown

The light needs to turn on for Mitts. He's been better, makes some good plays, but seems a little weak on the puck and just not acclimated to the defensive structure.

I think once he gets going, which he will, that problem will work itself out.

It’s only December but you can’t win with just 1 line.

It's a big deal then. Honestly, even a little under 4M in savings to us could change the complexion of this offseason.
- RhinoFan

Yeah he was obviously a throw in required by the Blues to dump salary . The fact we can possibly get out 3 years early would be a huge benefit. Thank god it worked out this way. Secretly Botts is pumped I’m sure.

I kinda agree, but you need some established secondary scorers. Can't rely on all rooks..
- hehateme

it has to be the right guy though

ror didn't work
okposo didn't work
leino didn't work
moulson didn't work
sheary is not working

and it can't be for a young kid and get tage production

and I don't want to part with risto for RNH

move the dead weight and see if rochester can salvage our season

They’re terminating his contract.

Not buying him out.

Shouldn’t be an issue here.

Yeah he was not good at all.

Florida is turning into Atlanta.

A team we should dominate but couldn’t beat.

Sanderson was fun to watch here for a while.

Sounds like both sides are agreeing and there isn't going to be any issue with this Berglund thing. That trade looks pretty good now.

So did Skinner and Eichel if we are being honest.

They disappeared after the first.

They need secondary scoring ASAP

- Stripes77

I'm starting to think a small trade would help. Even just a shake up.

I'd like a 15-20g scorer added to that bottom 9. Would love to get a better RWer for Mitts.

Sounds like prices are high atm.

With Patrik Berglund having been placed on 'unconditional waivers' for the purpose of mutual contract termination, his remaining cap hit for this season of $2,235,484 will come off the #Sabres salary cap, as will his $3.85M cap hit for the 3 years remaining on his deal after that

It's always better when you're winning...and not getting burned by a cap dump acquisition.
