absolute parallel with the Flyers... inconsistent goaltending and that's what you get... Blues might be fragile... goalie lets in one stinker and they fold up the tent and go home... watched a few games this year, that's what it looks like to me.
and then there's the O'Reilly effect... - BorjeFan4Ever
Poor guy.
Good player, keeps losing everywhere he goes.

I'm really curious in which direction the Blues are going moving forward.
You keep hearing rumors about Tarasenko, Pietrangelo, Parayko..... but I don't see them going "sell everything" mode just yet.... too many good players on that team for them to fail this badly... - Scabeh
And if they did, I can't see them selling Parayko. He is a good young dman, but he's stagnated the last couple of years.
He'd command a pretty good package, but not what it could be if they hold on and wait for a breakout. Which I think they'd be better off waiting for.
it's surprising, he's 25 years old. I thought he was a little younger. |

I (frank)ing wish.
There's nothing not named Aho or Svechnikov I wouldn't give for him. |

How long before O'Reilly demands a trade to a "contender" and the new team comes in last? |

I doubt he's gonna have a breakout at this point. at 25 he probably is what he is. A solid, steady 2 way D. |

There's a crap article on the Athletic about a guy doing 31 NHL games in 31 cities in 31 days.
But the map is intriguing:

As Santo added, having Tavares will help significantly, as will having more experience for all of the kids.
But I just can't . . you know, no matter how I say it, I'll come across like I'm whining, but the officiating when the Leafs play Boston is absolutely lop-sided.
I hate the Bruins. - Monkeypunk
It would be nice to have kadri for the entire series as well. |

He’s been elite since the Petro injury.
And was great last year too.
All I see is improvement from him....when you take into the fact his team sucks this year. |

Looking at that map, Marleau must really love playing on the east coast. Might miss the weather that's about it.. |

several of these guys legitimately have not been good in this season. Many much longer than that.
Starting with Dougie Hamilton. He's got all the tools, but it doesn't seem to be coming together as a good dman in recent years. It's really no coincidence he's going on his 4th team in 5 seasons. - prock
17 goals 27 assists 270 shots on net last year.
Not too bad IMO.
He's only played for Boston/Calgary/Canes....no? |

I meant if he's on the market, he would be on to his 4th team.
Yeah, his point totals are decent. |

Yeah he's on his 3rd team.
3 years in Boston, 3 in Calgary, and now in Raleigh.
When he's on, he's fantastic and the dude has real good hands and throws his weight around more than you'd expect. Thing is he doesn't seem to be on all that often. |

yeah. It is. I don't think you guys should be trading him.
But it's also not a situation I'd want to cough up major assets for either. |
