Same reason Sami Vatanen, Radko Gudas, Dougie Hamilton, Chris Tanev, Josh Manson, Justin Faulk, Jake Muzzin, Brett Pesce and numerous others get brought up. People want a dman, name one, and are then adamant for a whole summer that the guy is the fix, regardless of if they're any good or not. Majority of the time, they turn out to be a tire fire. Can you imagine having to watch Sami Vatanen every game? Jake Gardiner is enough.

Who’s all at World Juniors for the Leafs? Scott, Sandin, Holmberg is all I know of. Can’t say I’ve been paying as much attention to prospects as used too, for obvious reasons.

He's looked pretty good the last couple games. He will start producing more soon.

(frank) did the boys ever look good out there last night. 7 goals and not one on the PP. The PP needs to get going again though it's been one of the worst in the league this month.

Hope they show up to play like that more often. What a treat to watch.
