He hit the outside of the post so I counted it as Clank. Regardless I was just joking around and a few posters missed the satire. All in good fun

didn't know that...must have barely touched it...more like a tink, right?

pommer has really slowed down, although I thought he was pretty good over the weekend
- Michael Pachla

he can't hang with jack and skinner

I am ok if he gets a lot of pp time with the skunk, jack, skinner and either risto or dahlin though

pretty said for all the talk of splitting skunk from the top line, only tage IMO is a viable option for rw

He needs to get cracked in the face a few more times and get a little vinegar in his game.

I don’t think any of the Rochester bodies brings an NHL quality sniper.

And I didn’t want to propose a first because everyone on these pages say they are untouchable.

I like Ullmark, but I don’t think he’s indispensable.

If we're not in the business of proposing wild trades for 1st round picks, we might as well shut it down

If he can fill out that frame a little more and develop some physicality to his game he could be lethal.

This is not a bad idea at all. Not a bad idea at all.

my only thought on moving skunk down would be moving sheary to the right side on the clank line...don't like Thompson there, might put Okposo up there to try and get him out of a funk, but I wouldn't touch anything right now

The first rounders are untouchable. All the posters here will be cheering the streets too when someone falls right into our lap in June. Unless we are trading for someone under the age of 23 who is a top 6 FWD or a top 4 d-man it shouldn't even be considered. Botts interview on Pierre Lebrun and Scott Burnside's podcast the other day ensured me he's treating those picks like gold as he should.

your farm gets depleted when you toss first rounders out there for rentals

14-15 Erie Otters team included Connor McJesus, Alex DeBrincat, Dylan Strome, and Nick Baptise.

Without looking, what current Sabres player was also on that team?

My Uncle lives in London and would go to Knights games when Elie was a 4th liner on their memorial cup team. Was traded to Erie the next year I believe so thats the only reason why I know.

Im sure Konecny is the 6th or 7th guy the Flyers are thinking of moving though thats the thing. Voracek, Simmonds, Giroux (due to age), JVR, half the d-corps, and every goalie sans Carter Hart moves before Konecny.

That would be like the Sabres trading Mitts.

Hence we keep the picks and draft.

Theyre in a position of strength at the wing and we're in a position of strength at G.

You have to give to get. A good trade is one that helps both sides and hurts both sides a little bit.

US getting konecny would likely require US to have the best offer.
