I remember a Canadian team a few years ago was getting repeatedly screwed by the refs and had a crazy penalty/power play differential to prove it and they complained to the league. The very next year they had a huge uptick in the penalties called in their favor. I think it might've been the Oilers.

Didn't we have a pp last game where we maintained possession for the whole two minutes in Tampa's end and got like 8 shots on net? No goal, but only due to Vasi's heroics? It was one of the most dominant power plays I've ever seen.
