With a big smile on his face he goes something along the lines of "Same result and you keep giving us the same anwers." then just goes back to smiling.

You guys saw something I didn’t see in that exchange. If he was ripping hak, it was the most laidback ripping I ever saw. He said something like, it seems like we keeping ask you the same questions and you’re giving us the same answers. Then Hak said, “what’s the question?” The report then said, “what do you do from here on in?” and hakstol proceeded to answer his question. Where’s the rip?

This has been my feeling ever since he fire Hak rants began. But it's not going to be the fix. The issues go deeper than a coach. The solution will be ugly but may need to happen. It's not as simple as ripping as band aid off anymore it's more like cutting a limb off
