Panarin looks like it’s New York or if it’s anywhere else it will be for some hefty money. Bobrovsky has been leaky this year but you’ll still have to pay him close too his 10 mil asking price.

Realistically if St. Louis is going to blow it up I’m going for Parayko. Good age, cap hit and term. Don’t know what you’d offer for him tho..

No clue if it is realistic or not, but he has close ties with Fletcher, which I believe is one reason he got the nod for GM. A guy can hope.
