Tony getting mad. - JRR1285
A little.
Honestly though, Some people. Optimism is for the weak-minded??? FU. So is poor grammar and spelling!
This isn't a video game for the guys on the ice and it isn't an exact science for the guys in the front office.
Just tired of people sitting at their computers female doging that these guys aren't good enough even though they are doing everything they can to learn and improve and sometimes even get healthy. At the end of the day, this is entertainment. We could all use a little shake up in our perspective sometimes.
Ok, I'm done. Comments?? |

Well it is.
Edit: Any by evey metric available, standard and advanced, the Rangers are not good.

I will never understand you or any of the others that come on here and think you know more than the guys running the team.
This isn't your PlayStation game, man. Not every player gets to be Connor McDavid and not every club gets to have a squad with no weaknesses. These are real people you are slinging mud at with every breath.
Lias did very well in Hartford. If the brass of the NYR decide he can learn more/faster being with the big club, in whatever role is available then who the (frank) are you to call it a mistake? He's a (frank)ing kid. He and Chytil both look better already than they did at the end of last season, or even the beginning of this season. Have a little patience or at least shut up. - Tonybere
Haha I'm going to take a wild guess here. You were the one who I told you about how Andersson would sit next. I'm not sure what you're discussion is about? I feel like your anger should be written in a Email directed at JG and the front office. Maybe in 5 years the Tec guy who's updating the CPU's will read it.
You give me way to much credit, take a breathe and remember that I can say whatever I like in terms of NYR hockey. If it so much happens to become true within a span of 3-4 days, than hunt me down and take me out Terminator style. Seriously dude, you're freaking out because my opinion became true? Or is it because my opinion isn't the same as yours? You should freak out on Quinn and write him your disapproval of handling Andersson as he gears up to sit in the press box tm night. I still stand that by Christmas day, he'll be in the AHL.
Btw I don't know where your EA sport's talk and Conor McDavid narrative is coming from? If I'm poking fun that he can't and won't crack the lineup when healthy than just disagree and move on. But please, don't ever bring up McDavid in the same breathe as Lias, you don't have to tell me twice about how they're different player's. It is funny how you act like I'm Me know it all while you sit here and rant while playing arm chair GM. Then you go further and make request for people to be quiet about certain topics that you're sensitive of. You need a gut check, thing's will become more clear when Hayes is resigns here but for now enjoy my " personal request of sitting Andersson out ". Btw where did I use the word mistake to describe Lias? So angry and misunderstood, but I forgive you. |

And for how many years were they, Tom??? No team contends every (frank)ing year. In any sport. This is about the most difficult trophy to win in any sport and 30 teams fall short every year. They did pretty damn well for quite some time. Maybe, just maybe they deserve some praise for that.
I don't remember ever hearing your name get called at the draft. So, cheer for the current team, hope for future success or shut the (frank) up. Anything else is futile spewing of negativity and it does nothing to help anyone. |

Take this for what it's worth guys, but I know a guy, who knows some guys that are around the Blues a lot and they aren't Taransenko fans. Apparently, not a great work ethic and doesn't take care of himself.
Now, obviously, anytime you get into the "I know a guy, who knows a guy" thing, it could all be bullpoop, but nonetheless thought I would pass these really, really unsubstantiated rumors along. |

Yeah, that isn't gonna happen. Rooting for them to bad enough and actually build something that could be successful is what I want. Lossing to the irrelevant Coyotes tomorrow is fine by me. |

I mean I actually believe that. He's Russian Phil Kessel. Tarasenko never takes anything other than wristers and doesn't defend well. But he's so much more talented than almost everybody. Same thing with Phil Kessel. |

Every comment you make speaks to your belief that they are making mistakes.
And my anger (which is pretty new, usually I'm Easy like Sunday morning) is because I'm sick of people expecting perfection from every guy on the roster at all times and treating poor play like it means the future is forever doomed and the world is ending. You don't think these guys would like to play mistake free? You don't think the front office knows they have deficiencies?
Why would I direct my anger at "JG" when my anger comes from people who don't know their ass from a hole in the ground acting like they know what needs to be done better than he does? How many clubs have you run?
How am I playing armchair GM when I am saying chill out and have faith in the REAL GM? |

Yeah, I know it isn't.
It's not like you and I haven't exchanged enough commentary on here to know that we both have a decent understanding of where and what the team is.
But, when coming from opposite ends of the positivity spectrum, sometimes a clash is inevitable!!
No hard feelings. |

2001 Ilya Kovalchuk
2002 Rick Nash
2003 Marc-André Fleury
2004 Alexander Ovechkin
2005 Sidney Crosby
2006 Erik Johnson
2007 Patrick Kane
2008 Steven Stamkos
2009 John Tavares
2010 Taylor Hall
2011 Ryan Nugent-Hopkins
2012 Nail Yakupov
2013 Nathan MacKinnon
2014 Aaron Ekblad
2015 Connor McDavid
2016 Auston Matthews
2017 Nico Hischier
2018 Rasmus Dahlin
With very few exceptions- a pretty nice list. But I still can't actively root for them to lose for an 18% chance at Nail Yakupov |

All of them good NHL players when in their prime, aside from Yakupov. And at least 4 HHOF'ers. |

we won't win the lottery no matter where we fall. we'll just never have that luck. some team like the pens or devils will win it even if we're below them and have better odds. |

Its hard enough to get a lottery pick when Hank is your goalie, but then add in the Ranger's luck and Ranger's draft history.
LGR win now baby |

Well based on that list if you hit that 18% luckbox you'd have roughly a 75% of landing an absolute stud.
