what are we complaining about today? - BestRapperAlive
I've been absent for a few days...
have we discussed the ridiculous San Jose offer sheet to Marner thingy?
I crapped myself laughing at the whole scenario ... "all San Jose/Wilson has to do is reacquire the two first picks they dealt to Ottawa and Buffalo"...
and offer Marner 12M+
these people are just plain nuts |

It's just one year though. An enourmous jump from career average to current year is not necessarily a good thing, especially when it comes to goalies.
Now, don't get me wrong, I'd rather see him have those numbers this year, as opposed to not, but when they come out of nowhere, you have to be suspicious and question whether it's sustainable, or flash in the pan type stuff. |

i don't even trust that nhl goalies will repeat good performances from one year to the next let alone 19 year old prospects lol |

Safe for work. - walshyleafsfan
“ Scott is not only in the midst of the best season of his career, he’s putting up some of the best goaltending numbers the WHL has seen in recent memory”
Best since Justin Pogge?
And for the record, I remain a Pogge fan. His story is incredible. |

I don't remember his story. He was trying to be a model or something wasn't he? or am i thinking about someone else? |

They'll get a 1st rd pick by trading Erik Karlsson, then somehow get the league to change the rules regarding offer sheets, because of the warmer weather and taxes..

Because he was a starter at 17. That's extremely rare to be a 50 game junior goalie at that age. Most have poop sv%'s. |

I think Gustavsson was trying to be a model.. Owuya was trying to be a rapper and Pogge was pretending to be a good goalie. |

is it possible to have a negative likelihood...
I really don't know where these "analysts" come up with this stuff.
how does any semi-intelligent individual come with "sophisticated trade or move proposal" predicated on - and I quote "all he(Wilson) needs to do is reacquire the two 1sts he dealt for Karlsson and Kane"...
