Mittelstadt hasn’t been good. He’s also a rookie who’s been out with some pretty weak ass linemates for a guy who everyone knew wasn’t McDavid or Eichel.

This isn't to say that he isn't good or won't be good, but he's basically the anti reinhart.

His silky hands, try hard stride, and occasional highlight reel goal makes it appear like he's doing more than he actually is. Everyone knew he wasn't mcdavid or eichel, but they saw one highlight package and assumed first line centre.

He does have better wingers then pouliot and Griffith though
