It's nice to have guys in the system who are being successful in their developmental leagues, but let's be real, 50% of players just like Madden never get a sniff of the NHL.

Madden will get a sniff for sure. Some guys you just know. I knew Gaudette would pan out as well. They both just have that internal drive and intensity. Guys like Lind and Gadjovich on the other hand will not get a sniff
