What I think really doesn't matter, but, yes I would, because of the three kids that were all ranked close to each other that year, he's turned out to be the least offensive of the three.

That said, I'd take a 40-50 point player from him any day of the week, and be happy about it. He's looking good and confident this year. He's always skated well and he's got a great shot, he's just not a high IQ player and he never will be.

It certainly doesn't help a rebuild when you miss, but all teams do it, as I've said. Tkachuk or Ehlers on Horvat's wing would make this a much better team than it is right now.

I always figured he'd be slow to come into his own. It was a pretty big stretch to take him where the Canucks did, especially looking at EP only being drafted 1 spot higher(in a different year of course).

That said, Jake still has a good 3/4/5 years of growth ahead of him so it's still too early to call whether the other guys are going to pay bigger dividends for their teams.

Personally I'm glad he's on the team, he's an X factor type guy with some blazing speed and size. Could be a game breaker in the playoffs a couple years from now.

That was me. I had 112 assists and only 14 goals one season. My center men had 92 goals. We were dynamic. I have a lot of trophies from that season. Trophies that only we got for winning, none of that thanks for trying poop ones.

He went on vacation last week to Maui and it was nice and quiet that week. I was really pulling for the sharks to have a big week and I don't mean the San Jose Sharks
