am i the only one that rad the first paragraph?
the issue with carter isnt his cap hit.... the real issue is his cap hit?
did i read that correctly? - pensfan024
poopty writing but I’m assuming what he meant is that Carter isn’t an albatross, just near impossible to fit under our cap situation. Could be wrong though. Tough to get your meaning across when you screw up that bad. |

Come on man... I wouldn't refer to you as a 1.5 year old. You qualify as at least a toddler. |

No on Carter, yes on Muzzin. Would rather find an RD however. |
|
|
|
Two questions
1. If a player is offside and another player in that team shots the puck towards the net and it goes in without that team touching the puck offsides does that goal count?
2. If a player gets hurt then the team ices it and the player can’t come back on the ice how do they determine who comes back on? |

1. The goal does not count. The player must “tag up” and become onside before the puck crosses the goal line for the goal to
count.
2. Any player can come on the ice in this situation to replace an injured player. |

Why?
Letang-Dumo
Schultz-Muzzin
the best two of Maatta-Oleksiak-Pettersson-Johnson-Ruhwedel
A 2nd pair LHD would slot in very nicely. |

I believe if the team who has the player offside shoots on net it is a face off in their end as well. Like intentional offside. |

Pens games definitely wouldn’t be so god awful boring if Bertuzzi played for us. Watching Det Washington. Dudes at least involved every shift. |

I'll be really disappointed if the Pens don't crush the Hawks tomorrow night. Gawd that team is awful. |

If you're willing to wait 'til Schultz returns in Feb/March...great. I'm talking about the biggest need now. RHD. |

I forget, was it reported that the Pens attempted to grab Skinner, but didn't want to give up Rust? |

I thought I read somewhere that Skinner didn't want to go to the Penguins and possesses a full NMC. I could be wrong however. |

Yep. Wilson mailed it in on this blog a long time ago lol - j.boyd919
Kept thinking if he put in enough charts and graphs someone would notice him and he'd be the next Yost
Didn't seem to work out for him

I enjoyed his charts and graphs but they usually had some sort of real analysis in them. Now he barely even mentions the games that happen. There could be 3 or 4 games a week and we might get... one post game blog actually referencing the game. I also feel like the analytics community kind of evolved further and he’s still stuck in Corsi. |
