The ice is fine I never hear NHL players actually complain about it to warrant a multi million dollar building that is in a poop spot.

Wouldn't it be more ideal to move the Raptors and keep the Leafs at the hangar? I mean, location's prime and they are the prime sports franchise in the city.

HEY! I used to play ball hockey at the Hangar! Yeah, it's pretty bad.

But if they're gonna spruce it up and build an arena for the Leafs, it could turn into a decent place.

And I know how prime of a spot the ACC is. And it makes complete sense to be where it is. I would just love a Leafs only arena.

Downsview Park is (frank)ing huge. Build the female dog there. Plus, they could make a gigantic parking lot and also run shuttle buses (or party buses) out to it.

Hell, build multiple places there for most sports teams. It wouldn't be a terrible idea.

I remember reading something a few years back about the SBA being the second busiest arena in NA, behind the Staples Center. Toronto could probably use another arena.

I played soccer there too back in the day - it was fun, but hella expensive!

Ball hockey is annoyingly expensive.

And it makes no sense. You pay less for tier 1 than you do for tier 4.

Best part, though, was that the hockey pad was right beside the beach volleyball. So in between whistles you could just take a gander and see a bunch of beautiful women in bikinis.

People could drive to it because they'd have an actual arena parking lot. It's not really "North". Yeah, it's more North than where it currently is, but it's not like it's out of the city.

Plus, there's seats in the ACC where you can't see the entire rink.
