Downsview Park is (frank)ing huge. Build the female dog there. Plus, they could make a gigantic parking lot and also run shuttle buses (or party buses) out to it.

Hell, build multiple places there for most sports teams. It wouldn't be a terrible idea.

HEY! I used to play ball hockey at the Hangar! Yeah, it's pretty bad.

Zero chance.

the ACC is in the best possible spot. Right downtown and a step away from union station...which half the arena uses...you don't even have to go outside.

The ice is fine I never hear NHL players actually complain about it to warrant a multi million dollar building that is in a poop spot.
