Carelessness and giving up. No heart or pride. Exactly why a Shaw type player is missed as was discussed earlier.
- 93Joe

That's the worst part. Show some pride, teams are laughing at you and embarrassing you making cute plays all over the ice because they think you're a joke. Lay somebody out and that crap stops. But nobody willing to lay a big hit to change momentum as always. I know it's not in their DNA, but you're an NHL player, get some momentum and label the puck carrier

Wake up might be a bit strong. They kinda turned over and hit snooze. Their phone fell off the nightstand under the bed.

Crow with two horrible puck plays early.

Yeah, he should get pulled of the bench because of them.

Had that been Thom Wilson and not Buff, Strome would be headed to concussion protocol.

Myers, 2-0 off of a Joki turnover. 1:12 for 2 goals.
- I Am The Breadman

I hate to save it but is almost comforting watching them give up two so quickly: it’s like I know what to expect and I am not surprised when it happens.

The team just looks utterly defeated. Not much push back or emotion. This is where we needed a Shaw or Ladd or Bickell to play the body a bit and get some life going. This period was simply the worst. WOW.

I can't believe it's come to this Rico

Philberto the women's league in Mississauga and Brampton is more competitive than any NHL game the Hawks are in.

The Hawks are following the Canadian Postal Workers - rotating strikes. Every shift.

When was the last game the Hawks didn't give up the first goal in the game, let alone the first 2 or 3? It's like these guys haven't played hockey before. The Hawks coverage on the 2nd goal was ridiculous - Myers was the only player on that side of the ice when he got the pass. I mean ... no words ... right?

I’m lucky
My Daughter & I saw Kings and then Wild in November & the UC
Win against the Wild May have been the highlight of this season

Can’t see Bowman surviving to the outdoor game

- Colbyboy

Best Christmas present to Hawk fans would be the pink slips under the doors of McDonough and Bowman.
Rocky has had an easy and great 10 years since he took over. Now he has to be a tough owner and clean house up top. It's plain to see that this team is not motivated to compete for this group.
BUST IT UP Rocky.

When they had the lead for 41 seconds a few games ago, I had to check the station to make sure I was watching the hawks.

They might as well just try to do the Flying V from the Mighty Ducks movie, because at least it would look entertaining to see them skate in formation.

I think it is game 10 or 11 now where they give up the first goal.

They need a coaching staff that can motivate these guys to play (frank)ing hockey.

The need veteran leadership to help their young teammates turn it around.

There may not be much talent on this team - but no team is this bad for this long.
