Did Seabrook really get 9 minutes plus of PP time.
Why? I mean the over using a guy stunt hasn't worked with Kane, are we now doing it with Seabrook?
Ok -let's set all of this aside for a second and look at the marketing possibilities here...
McD could actually decide to have a give away at, like say a local supermarket (I'll maybe date myself with this one) - but do it at a Dominick's or a Jewel ... win a chance to coach the game for a night... combine it with dollar beer night, and maybe a bobble head of something or a floppy hat night, and you got a winner I think...

No, he got almost 10 minutes of PP time.
I would rather see Seabrook with 10 minutes of PP time than 5-on-5 time. It becomes more and more obvious every game that Seabrooks remaining time should be as a 3rd pairing D-man. He can manage and handle matchups with most 4th lines, and some 3rd lines in the league, but is over-matched against most teams Top 6.
The PP actually spent some zone time last night for a change even though it yielded only 1 of 8. I though Barry Smith was a PP guru, after last night just escort him out and say thanks for the years of service, you wont be needed anymore. While the PP unit has been bad for years now, it amazingly has regressed from bad to worse. 11% success rate is pitiful, whats surprising is the Flyers, with guys like Giroux, Voracheck, Simmons, Gostibiherre are only slightly better.
