I mean Crow got a snow shower well after the whistle. Guy took 3-4 strides after Crow caught the puck then threw on the snow shower breaks. Thought that was standard practice to get in a guys face if he did that. Plus he gets a punch in and Hayden get a roughing call for what? He bumped him. Sort of.

He’s already our 3rd best defenseman behind Keith and Joki. Just need Forsling in for Manning or Gustafson and I’m ok with the group.

Well, Hayden comes from 50 feet away to initiate the conflict.

Deslauriers could have had a penalty for his punch....but Hayden the clear initiator. Not surprised he’s the only one gone.

But the Hawks have no idea how to retaliate within the flow of the game or in a way that assures no penalties or two. Same with Keith against Salomaki - long after the play he goes after the Pred.

Crawford followed him around the side of the net after swallowing the puck. If he stays put - no snow shower.

If this was a team that had a decent defense - and Brandon Manning was properly slotted as 6/7 defenseman - we’d all probably love him like a Sopel or Boynton.
