Tickets for Leafs game should be non-transferable. Penalty should be revocation of ur season ticket.
- feetontheair22

You don't control who buys tickets when they are put on stub hub.

Also, maybe if the team wasn't a disgrace for i don't know 10 years, it wouldn't be this way?

People need to get over this.

Now that there aren’t as many ppl here to flip out when i say this...

We’d be a legit threat if we hadn’t made the O’Reilly trade

I warned ppl that Mittelstadt might not be a stud right away
He’s a guy we were counting on to score

Same with the guys we brought in for ROR
None of them are netting expectations
Each has had a few good games,
but we need more from them

- jdfitz77

The St Louis Blue thought that too.

Checks standings, yup last place.

Could not agree more with you. The only way that leafs fans don't get in our barn is if we are good again. But then again f we are good and its a $20.00 cost but can sell for 75.00 well then..............

No one expected this team to be in this position at the start of the season.

People don't trust this team yet, and I don't blame them.

What a game last night, I am ALL-In on this team. If we can somehow fix the PP and if we can get another Top 6 Scorer me thinks this team can actually go far.

Oh and Matthews is just filthy. I hate all things Toronto but that kid is just flat out awesome.

Trade deadline moves, IMO. Move all these players for picks/Prospects

Berglund (Retain 850K) 3MM salary for a 3rd line player
Sobodka (Retain 550K) 3MM salary for a 3rd/4th liner player
Scandella (Still holds value around league IMO) not a pure rental
Larsson

I'm not expecting anything overly significant but 2- 6th rd picks.

With this team, I would be willing to give up a #1 with a prospect to get my hands on a mid 20's scorer....

St Louis is going to go rebuild right? I would love to get Tarasenko out of there, would a #1 & #3, plus say McCabe and Rienhart get that done?

Wait, the Sabres are trade deadline sellers now?

Sabre fans are hilarious. All Leaf goals were fortunate last night. All Sabre goals were beauties. Hockey is a game of mistakes. It is argued that every goal is a product of a mistake
Many Sabres aludibg to the fact that they “got a point”. Minimizing the Leaf victory. It’s funny, they were taking those OT and SO wins at full value. Can you have it both ways?

Sabres were definitely a little over confident against the leafs. Looks like the coaching staff thought our forwards would beat up on the inferior Leafs D. They probably shouldn't have given Pominville, Scandella and McCabe the extra rest day. If it's the playoffs, those guys would have played.

Leafs did a nice job against a back-up goalie. Again, maybe a little cockiness by the Sabres. Kudos to the leafs for winning a small margin game against a banged up team though. Once you guys get some competent D, you should be pretty good

They can be both.

None of those guys are part of the core/future.

move them out for additional picks/prospects the keep the cupboard full.

2 more years and the leafs, bolts, and Sabres will make the division an even bigger nightmare than it already is.

I’ll take Thompson, a 1st and 2nd over the all-over rated O’Reilly anyday of the week.

The team and locker room is 10x better without him.

St. Louis will feel the same way in maybe a year

What a (frank)ing hockey game !

Hate to admit it but Matthews is elite (offensively).
Okposo has no place in games like this.
I don’t dislike E-rod but he’s a liability that will never be able to finish and will lose more games for Buffalo than he’ll win.
Scandella needs to be let go if this team wants to continue to play well. That’s on Botterill to make a very hard decision.
If a 2nd/3rd line Center with skill and speed is ever added, this team will be legitimate.
Buffalo finally has defensive depth. Opens up a LOT of options for trades.

I'll say it well, because I am old.
The Leafs are very talented deep team except on defense.
Which makes them fun to watch.

The Sabres are not deep enough yet nor are their younger players "longer in the tooth" as Toronto's are.
But, they will be.

Speaking for myself, it's just fun watching a competitive team once again.

Good luck to your Leafs.

What the (frank) did you say to me?

It's 100% Reinhart's fault that we're 3rd in the division instead of 2nd.

We might as well just forfeit the rest of the season

sam is better because of jack and skinner

to question someone being a leafs fan because they wanted more from their leader is f@cking nuts

this team is a bottom 5 team in the nhl w/o that line, and very lucky to be where they are in the standings

Scandella has to be moved with how well Pilut is playing right ? I remember when I said Scandella should have one foot out the door once that lottery ball came up in buffalos favour and everyone here ate me alive. I should really start bookmarking things.
