#Packers prez Mark Murphy compares Mike McCarthy’s situation to that of Andy Reid a few years ago. They know he can coach. It was just time for a new voice and maybe time for a mid-career reset for McCarthy a la Reid from Philly to KC.

I think McCarthy is/was one of the most overrated coaches in the NFL. Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favre were good enough to cover up his deficiencies.
