"Forsberg joins defenseman P.K. Subban (upper body), Viktor Arvidsson (broken thumb) and Kyle Turris (undisclosed) on the IR list, meaning the Predators are without three of their top six forwards."

Ouch, I didnt know they were banged up too.

#Packers prez Mark Murphy compares Mike McCarthy’s situation to that of Andy Reid a few years ago. They know he can coach. It was just time for a new voice and maybe time for a mid-career reset for McCarthy a la Reid from Philly to KC.

Think he could help Allen?

-Stripes77

I think we’d have to consider it
Especially if he’d come here as the OC
But I’m guessing McCarthy would probably have his pick of Head Coaching jobs in the offseason

Whether or not he helps Allen he is miles better than McDummy.

#2 defense in the NFL
Man, that guy sure is “dumb”

If ANYONE thought the offense would be respectable right away with the talent we had, and Allen starting in week2 (WAY ahead of schedule)....
Well,
they’re the “dummy”

If it were a question of the execution by the offense, then I would agree with you. But

-his in game management has been amateurish at best.

-He's way too conservative with his game calls

-1/9 in coach's challenges is pathetic.

-He runs one of the most penalized teams in the league

-When somebody asks him about anything negative on the team, "I have to watch the tape."

I'm not judging him on the offense. I'm judging him on him.

He is fun to watch

Fun yet a little frustrating

I still think on the not Hail Mary INT that Benjamin was supposed to cut inside more.

That dude is super lazy

The last time we were in Nashville, Sam Reinhart had a hat trick and we won 7-4. #LetsGoBuffalo ⚔️

Everyone's favorite winger, Samson Reinhart, has been on fire...will he score 2 or 3 tonight is the only question.

Move over Patrick Laine, your competition has arrived.

Remember that game where Samson Reinhart didn't register a point?

No, I don't either. I'm not sure there was a national hockey league back then.

I am not his biggest fan, but I think he should be given a 3rd year because I think switching coaches every two years is a bad way to operate. Let him realize his offensive vision (whatever the hell that may be). Probably fire Danny Crossman

A new coach means dumping the players who don't fit his vision and then bringing in players who do. That cycle takes a couple years. He's 1/2 in making the playoffs (I know he got lucky last year), but I think some patience is required.

That said, I can't stand listening to him talk

The problem with that might be the 90 some million in cap space they have going into next year. If he isn’t the guy then they should find the guy now to not (frank) up the cap situation and move the team forward the way he wants.

True. I wouldn't be too pissed if they did poopcan him, but that would be the 3rd HC fired (or leaving) after 2 years at the helm. I don't think it's a good plan. But, again, pretty sick of him. I think playoffs in year one + Pegula-brand family values buys him a year 3

I want on offensive minded head coach, this guy sucks IMO

never liked the hire, don't really care for the gm either

carolina never won anything, doubt their rejects will as long as they are running the bills

pretty sure the % of losses over 14 points are greater with this coach than any other bills head coach

plus they backed into the playoffs last season and if they had any offensive game plan they easily beat the jaguars in the playoffs

I'd upgrade the head coach just like any other position in the bills organization if I was their GM

I didn’t hear anything about how such a dumb guy could have the #2 defense in the league
That’s quite the accomplishment
Especially since we don’t have “#2 defense” talent... not even close
