Clarke has nothing to do with the team. He lterally said in an interview he doesnt really do anything with the team. Just stays in florida and collects a paycheck

Funny thing is he recently said that his approach is patience which is basically not much different than Hextall. There was an article out there that basically said how controlling he was. He was forbidding players from eating certain foods, forcing organic foods on players, forcing them wo wear knee braces, had pets in the locker room like Murray spying and reporting back to them. He was telling players when to sleep ect.
