You will never get a young player to sign that in 2018 who had 2 61 point seasons to start his career. Drouin got 5.5 for 1 single 50 point season with a smaller cap (That's about 5.9 today).

What I would pay him is irrelevant. I hope he asks for a stupid amount of money.

Does he deserve to be paid like a top player in the league? I don't think so, but I hope he is.
