Interesting take, and yes I would also agree. It's not like they purposely lose by one goal but with the puck watching and lack of quality defending (by all players not just defenseman) this team is at least 2 good complementary wingers away from being good. Felt bad for Markstrom last night, he makes the great saves only to be let down by defensive support...

When Hughes and Juolevi make the squad and settle in, two more additional pieces from either drafting and or someone steps up in the development, this team will be good again.
