Repeating the time stamp of a post is much more important though. |

Nice to see I didn't miss anything then
Great game, another fine outing lead by Marner. Hated seeing that late 3rd one get in but another solid win. On to the next game.
And honestly at this point don't give a damn if Nylander signs, gets run over by a bus, eaten by a T-Rex, kidnapped by the shriners clown and shoved into the clown car. That flogged dead horse is dust at this point it is so beaten and dead. |

Are you under the illusion that anything you're saying here is important?
Do you think you're convincing Dubas to make changes by posting here?
It's a place where people go to hang out and shoot the poop, that's the only thing that's remotely important here, and you seem to do everything in your power to ruin it for people. |

As would I. Bennett would look very good beside Kadri and/or Matthews.
And the thing I like about Bennett is that he'll fight if he has to. The idea of Matt Martin protecting a team on the 4th line is silly but when Bennett is on the ice, playing a regular shift at the same time as some of your better players, it really comes in handy when things get tough. - Unholy_Goalie
He cant crack their core group and I think hed fit in well here. Looks to be able to play center too so possible to replace kadri. |

Ok I'll be prototypical Leafs fan X but I don't care. I was mad at you Nylander, cursed you, said I'd boo you and hell I still might.
But after seeing Matthews come back tonight and the Leafs stomp this Sharks team, if you sign for 7 or less long term and get out there and dangle with the boys than goddamnit you are forgiven. |

I highly doubt the Flames move him....he might lack the offence but he is a guy you want on your team for the playoffs |

I started watching late, 2nd intermission. I was in the bath stretching after ball hockey watching the game on my phone propped up to a bluetooth speaker on a chair. The host said "now that we don't have to talk about Nylander anymore, we can move on to Jake Gardiner" or something along those lines. They hadnt mentioned Nylander during that bit so I genuinely believed he'd signed, jumped out of the bath, water everywhere, dried my hands, dropped the phone try to get at it, picked it up and unlocked it and went on Twitter, and .... same old poop. 😑 |

Would be super wicked cool if there were just 20 people all agreeing that the Leafs are going to win everything, all the time. Would make a nice little echo chamber for you. |

Not sure if he has the scoring ability to replace Kadri but with the right linemates, a serviceable complimentary player at a reasonably cheap price. |

Fans are going to be like "(frank) Nylander"
Until he rips a wrister top shelf from the circle just under the bar when the goalie had everything covered except a puck sized area....Then people will be like "oh yeah, I forgot he is a really good player" |

Fans have very short memories.
I for one will forget this ever happened come next week. |

I mean as a competent 3rd line center. Might not have the scoring flair as Kadri but likely wont need it. |

Whether he's signed for traded for an impact D, nobody should hate him.
If he sits out the season though, sincerely, (frank) Nylander. |

Possibly but I'd rather see them together and keep Kadri. I don't see a need for him to replace Kadri. He could replace Johnsson, Brown, Leivo, Ennis, Gauthier, Hyman (rather keep him lower on the depth chart though) easily though. |

I'm sorry for being so harsh. Keeping us homers in check is clearly the most important thing you have going on.
Keep it up, winner! |
