I joke about my wife being a terrible cook, and she really is.

I mean she’s got some dishes she’s decent at.

But, a couple months ago she bought one of those Instant Pots.

Now she’s following those recipes for that thing and actually churning out some edible food.

And its one pot to clean..

There is all kinds of great recipes on the Instant Pot site, I even made her download the app.

Also, there’s an Indian butter chicken recipe that would take nutters back to his homeland!
