After these 5 years what have they become? The 3rd worst team in the NHL and regressing. Pretty far from cup contenders. The plan was failing and changes needed. Don’t understand why ppl female dog and complain over these changes from a team who looks like poop on the ice.

Might be time. I don't know what's happening in that building, but a new GM is coming in and he needs to be able to walk in that door and do it the way he wants, with people he wants, as best he can find in-season

This whole thing is crazy. It's seems far reached to think that this is a playoff team right now, but they will try to make that a reality I feel.

Usually teams don't go through a slow motion process of personel changes like this during the season.. with many more to come (and they all know it). It's hard to imagine how this ultimately helps this team recover in time for a playoff run. It's a fragile mindset right now.
