holmgren is responsible for turning a last place team into within 2 wins of a stanley cup championship in what 2 years? the guy knows what he is doing and knows what type of players it takes to win.

obviously he does not feel hak is the problem and felt that management was not providing the proper personal and player support he needed to progress.

i love what he is doing, i feel sniders spirit lives on in homer, gotta trust the process!

its time to part ways with giroux, voracek, simmonds and jvr in order to complete the rebuild.

That was a significantly stacked team, Giroux just got going to. Pronger, Richards, Carter, Briere, Hartnell, Timmonen, to name some. Lightning in a bottle or starting to get going? They blew it up because of a few characters. That team easily could have had a few more runs.

The one thing I’m getting excited about is we can make some real headway to our Hughes chances. Reports are another lifeless practice Today. They are fragile and it ain’t turning around
