The Washington and Boston games will be key to a successful December. If they lose both in Washington and split with Boston along with losses to Nashville and Tampa Bay, it muddies the record a bit. Heading into January I like their chances.

The Washington and Boston games will be key to a successful December. If they lose both in Washington and split with Boston along with losses to Nashville and Tampa Bay, it muddies the record a bit. Heading into January I like their chances.

Agreed, Washington and Boston are probably our actual competition. I expect Tampa and Nashville to finish ahead of us, so you're right, it wouldn't be a big deal to lose to those teams whereas scraping points out against the Caps and Bruins would be uuuge.

I told my dad im coming home for a playoff game this spring. I don't care how much the tickets are. We're going.
And I know, thats cocky, there's a lot of hockey to be played. So, *if* they make it, im heading home for a long weekend or whatever.
