Scandella hasn't been great, but neither was risto for a good stretch...nor was Thompson through the his first 10 games or so...seems like Housley has a lot of patience...risto's playing much better and Thompson's last four games speaks volumes

Sheary-Mitts-Okposo

and

Thompson-Sobotka-Reinhart

are about even on minutes 5-on-5 (don't quote me on that). I'd rather they leave that Thompson line intact and give Mitts a true goal scorer on his left. It is Olofsson time

I've actually taken back control of my life.... I went from about 320 to now about 255 lbs actually. I went from about 27% fat in my playing days to now only about 14%. I like to go on long runs a couple of times a week too. I really feel better about myself lately. Much more energy and longevity I think. Much more energy to play with my kids too. You know.... really enjoy life. You should really try it sometime. Really would be time better spent than being a douche on the internet.
