They haven't figured out yet that coming off the ice is much harder than hopping on the ice.

Matthews is American so he definitely walks through the door and doesn't hold it. Not sure on Euro etiquette. Rielly holds the door open and stares at all the other players and coaches to check if they're coming out too so he doesn't come off as rude.
