I think how Hextall responds to this season should determine his future with the team. Aside from drafting, he really hasn't shown much. His trades and coaching decisions do not inspire confidence. Regressing this season is a terrible sign and should be unacceptable to any GM who is worth anything.

At a certain point, it's on the GM to fix whatever the issue is.
