what if Bahston wanted to pay through the nose for Hayes?

Hearing the Bruins will be without top line center and 4x Selke Trophy winner Patrice Bergeron for “an extended period of time”... w/ upper body injury.

The latest, and most significant, on a list of injuries for the B’s.

What would you want from there for him?

Okay, just did. I just meant to say that I really like him as a defender and I find him potentially one of the best defenders on the team. Don't think pissing off a big contract is a smart move....

I'm just messing around. I too like him. It's a shame to see him regress like this. Hopefully just growing pains and he figures it out. He has a lot of potential.

Quinn definitely uses the healthy scratch as a coaching tool

I still believe the best way to increase the percentages of future dominance is by securing another high pick but I can't argue with games like last night, I'm not a believer yet but can this team be already headed back in the right direction?

BTW when was the last time Hank faced less than 20 shots in 60 minutes, that's gotta be a trivia question

- KreiderBomb

Think I saw this was the 14th game in his career facing less than 20 shots.

As others have said, accountability. If you make the same mistake, you will sit. Quinn has been very clear in stating and living up to what he has preached. Skjei deserved to sit, hopefully he learns from this as others have from their benching.

it's going to be very interesting to see whether or not they keep Hayes here past the deadline if he hasn't signed an extension

he's very transparent with his moves. I find it amusing that all of rangers twitter gets outraged that someone is benched or being shifted around the lines, meanwhile Quinn's telling the you exactly why he's making the move and he's still getting sh it all over for it. Then he gets results and no credit

hopefully they could keep it down a little lower, but a point a game player on the market available to the highest bidder, he should be able to get what Tavares got
