I'm surprised he's lasted this long in CLB. He seems to go somewhere for a few years, they overachieve the first year while being motivated by his craziness, then they slowly stop giving a poop and he loses the room. Then, when the team plays like crap for a while, he gets canned, and then promptly scooped up somewhere else.

At least that seems to be how it happens from an outsider viewpoint.
