Construction worker fell off the 2nd story and shattered his leg in multiple spots, his leg was bent forward and sideways at the same time, had to reposition it to fit him on the stretcher.... so ugly.

I think keeping him up here for the rest of the year won't be great for him. Once bodies come back, send him down, let him take the steps he needs to down there knowing the speed and weight up here. He'll be better for it.
