I get this guy is a joke and he has no sources, but it’s pretty much on par with what people think. 6.85 seems like a number leafs would go too. The only thing missing is a bridge offer.

The dream is that the Sharks would take him back.

I'm doing a quick peek at their cap room - nothing this year. But they do have a lot coming off the boards for next year - Pavelski, Thornton, Karlsson. That's $17.5 million.

If you let one of those guys walk, you probably have enough room to take back Marleau - which is a bit of a no-brainer if you do it on July 2nd.
